Company structure We aim at having a quick simple and flat company structure, not only because we are still a small company, but by beliefs. We have 3 organization levels: consultant, manager, and founders. These levels are designed for organization purposes but in workshop and brainstorming sessions, we are all equal and capable to bring smart ideas to the table.
